Ferrello graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2007 with a B.A. in Spanish. She was a proud resident of Cavanaugh Hall and a writer for the Sports section of The Observer. Following graduation, she served as a teaching fellow in New Orleans with Notre Dame's Alliance for Catholic Education program. She earned her M.Ed. from the university in 2009. Ferrello taught Spanish in New Orleans, Chicago, and Washington DC for many years before stepping back to stay home with her children. These days, she teaches preschool and enjoys reading, writing, and finding Exit 77 whenever she can. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, Alex (ND'07, Siegfried Hall) and four children.

Keifer's art can be found in premier public and private art collections all around the world. Throughout a career spanning four decades, Keifer has consistently returned to her beginnings at Notre Dame for inspiration, where Professor Robert Leader had a profound influence upon her subject matter, Father James Flanagan taught her Life Drawing, and Sister Cecilia Ann Kelly taught her Fundamentals. As an undergraduate, Kathleen's position as Art Editor of Scholastic, the official student publication of the University of Notre Dame, set in course a career which made this book inevitable. Keifer lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband Jim, Class of 1985, and they have three daughters, Lucy, Emily, and Claire.

Di Bono graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2021 with a B.F.A. in Studio Art. Originally from Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Di Bono remained in South Bend after graduation to establish her studio practice and grow her business. As a multi-passionate artist, she has built a diverse portfolio career spanning painting, photography, design, art consulting, art direction, and art project management. Di Bono believes strongly in the power of art and draws inspiration from connecting with other creatives and spending time in nature.
